Yash Raj Films next movie not titled ‘London Ishq’

Yash Raj Films (YRF) officials says that their next production, directed by head honcho Yash Chopra, is not titled “London Ishq”, as has been reported in certain sections of the media.
“Despite repeated confirmations that Yash Chopra’s film still remains untitled, large sections of the media continue to call it ‘London Ishq’. This is completely baseless, inaccurate and detrimental to the film,” said an official statement from YRF.
The yet-to-be titled film, starring Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, started shooting for its first schedule in the third week of February in London. It has been creating a huge buzz all over since the first look was unveiled.
The film also brings together the Oscar award-winning pair of A.R.Rahman and Gulzar, who along with Chopra, are working on creating some wonderful and meaningful music.
Scheduled for a Diwali release, the film is expected to add the same fervour to the festive time that Chopra’s films are known for.

Rihanna: Chris Brown Is the Hottest R 'n' B Artist Out There

Rihanna said it's about business, not personal when she picked ex-lover Chris Brown to collaborate with her in a track called "Birthday Cake". In a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest, the singer admitted that she agreed to make a contact with Brown again because he is "the hottest R&B artist out right now".

Telling the listeners of Seacrest's morning show, Rihanna said about the controversial collaboration, "The first song that came about was 'Birthday Cake'. I mean we ended up recording them at the same time and executing them together, but I reached out to him about doing 'Birthday Cake' because that's the only person that really - it made sense to do the record."

She added, "Just as a musician despite everything else that was going to be the person. You know I thought about rappers, and I’ve done that so many times, and the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown. So I wanted him on the track, and then in turn he was like 'Why don't you do the remix to my track?' and it was a trade off. We did two records. One for my fans. One for his fans, and that way our fans can come together. There shouldn't be a divide. You know? It's music, and it's innocent."

Regarding the sound that she's aiming this time, Rihanna said, "I can't say that! 'Sonically' - I can't explain it. But I'm excited about it. I have the sound already. So it's just a matter of execution!" She won't be touring this year in order to focus on making music and shooting music videos.

"Birthday Cake" is the fourth U.S. single from Rihanna's sixth studio album "Talk That Talk". It was officially remixed with vocals from Brown, and is a full length version of the interlude which was originally included on the album.

Madonna Debuts Snippet for Bouncy Track 'I Don't Give A' Feat. Nicki Minaj

Madonna continued to unleash preview of her single from new album "MDNA". The Material Girl has just dropped a snippet for bouncy track "I Don't Give A", which features sensational raptress Nicki Minaj.

"I tried to be a good girl/I tried to be your wife/Diminished myself/And I swallowed my light/I tried to become all/That you expect of me/And if it was a failure/I don't give a," so Madge sings in the chorus. Nicki follows it up as rapping, "Shots fired/Anything you hear Nicki on that's fire/You don't hear them bums on nothing that's fire."

Co-produced by Martin Solveig, the single will be included in the Queen of Pop's 12th studio effort, which will hit the U.S. record stores on March 26. It has recently been rumored that the song was aimed at the songstress' ex-husband, English filmmaker Guy Ritchie.

Weighing in on the rumors, Madge's publicist stated, "I have not heard Madonna explain whether the lyrics are autobiographical or not. She doesn't often explain lyrics to her songs, and she did have a few writing collaborators."

In making "MDNA", the "Like a Virgin" hitmaker teamed up with longtime cohort William Orbit who also co-produced her 1998's "Ray of Light". In addition to the "Super Bass" raptress, the album features Mika, LMFAO and M.I.A. as her collaborators.

Madonna is set to kick off a world tour to promote the new album on May 29 in Tel Aviv, Israel, and will stay on the road until November 17 November 17, when she will wrap the promotional event in Atlanta, Georgia.

Lady GaGa Dreams of Becoming Soccer Mom, Plans Media Blackout

Lady GaGa has gone candid on the subject of motherhood and media. During an interview for Sunday, March 18 episode of OWN's "Oprah's Next Chapter", the "Marry the Night" singer opened up to Oprah Winfrey that she dreams of becoming a mother one day and plans to go silence.

Speaking about having a family of her own, the 25-year-old said, "I want kids, I want a soccer team and I want a husband." Asked if she was serious about it, she responded, "Yeah, yeah, I do. Well, you know, I'm being superfluous. I don't want to have one kid. I want to have a few." Still, she noted that it won't be happening anytime soon as saying, "I want to experience [being pregnant], [but] not yet."

During the chat, the "Born This Way" hitmaker also talked about her media blackout. "The newest thing that I do, I don't read a damn thing. No press, no television, no, if my mom calls and says, 'did you hear about?' I don't want to know nothing about anything that is going on in relation to music," she said. "Other than this interview Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time."

Aside from GaGa, the episode also features an interview with the singer's mother. Recounting one of the "Poker Face" singer's early performances when she lit hairspray on fire, she admitted, "Some people left when that happened... a lot of people stayed and thought it was cool. But her father and I were like, honesty, he said, 'I think she has a screw loose'."

Jennifer Lopez Doesn't Give Herself Time to Naturally Meet Someone, Manager Claims

Jennifer Lopez's tendency to jump from one relationship to another has apparently left her manager worried. In an interview with Vogue magazine about the singer's romance with Casper Smart, Benny Medina admitted, "The thing that I always sort of wished is that she would give herself time to just naturally meet someone, instead of having obsessive guys pursue her."

"The ease with which that obsession becomes a relationship I think sometimes works against her ability to have a real meaningful relationship," the manager, who has handled the careers of Tyra Banks and P. Diddy, elaborated. "And she never half does anything. When she commits to anything in her work, her life or her relationships, she is in it."

On the subject of J.Lo's 18-year age gap with Casper, Medina commented, "She's not oblivious to her own reality right now, as in, 'Damn, I'm 42 with a 24-year-old. Why?' We talked about it yesterday. She was just like, 'It's not even the age, Benny. It's that I just came out of a relationship where I felt like I was kind of not getting what I needed. And I'm open! So somebody who steps in right now and is actually touching me in a way.' It's very fertile ground."

J.Lo began dating Casper shortly after she and third husband Marc Anthony announced their separation after seven years of marriage in July 2011. While the "American Idol" judge stayed silence about their age gap, her backup dancer boyfriend tweeted in January 2012, "Age, status, n opinions of others are irrelevant. Our hearts are endless and our souls infinite."

The "On the Floor" hitmaker was recently forced to shoot down wedding rumors after a tweet about her request for a wedding dress popped out on the Twitter account of fashion designer Roberto Cavalli. Setting the record straight, she wrote on her official website, "Here's the truth now: ROBERTO CAVALLI'S TWITTER ACCOUNT was hacked. The rumor is not true."

'Avengers' Debuts New Apocalyptic Character Posters

Walt Disney Pictures has just dropped four brand new character posters from "The Avengers". Exposing an apocalyptic-themed background, those fresh one-sheets highlight Black Widow, Captain America, the Hulk, Iron Man and Hawkeye each with their trademark weapon. Thor, however, is not featured in any of the images.

Along with the release of the new posters, Disney confirmed that tickets for select midnight screenings for the anticipated superhero movie are already available for purchase starting March 12. On the same day, AMC Theaters announced that it will host Marvel movie marathon event leading up to the midnight screening of the Joss Whedon-directed ensemble film.

Being scheduled to hit theaters across the U.S. on May 4, "The Avengers" will bring the Earth Mightiest Heroes to fight the biggest foe no single hero could withstand. Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston and Samuel L. Jackson are lining up in the cast ensemble.

Speaking about the much-speculated secret villains in the hotly anticipated comic book movie, director Whedon recently made it clear that his upcoming film will feature neither Skrulls nor Kree. "I will say only this: It is not the Kree or the Skrulls," he stated while attending a panel for "The Cabin in the Woods" at the 2012 SXSW festival.

Of the reason why both iconic alien creatures will not be included in the film, the New York-born filmmaker said, "Those two aliens are Marvel mainstays and have enormous backstories." He added, "They have a big life of their own that just could not be contained in a film where I already had seven movie stars."

Preview for New 'Snow White and the Huntsman' Trailer Revealed

Chris Hemsworth has introduced a preview for "Snow White and the Huntsman" new trailer, which will be unveiled during "The Voice" show on Monday, March 19. Beside showing some scenes that were featured in the first trailer, the sneak peek lets out multiple new footage, including the one that sees Charlize Theron's Evil Queen using her magic to attack the army of Kristen Stewart's Snow White during a battle.

Stewart recently opened up that her upcoming Snow White movie is going to be extremely dark because it will uncover the princess' tragic life. "I mean, it's literally pumping through those veins, but it's been taken from her she was put away when she was seven years old and her mother and her father were killed basically right in front of her," she told SFX magazine.

Branding her character as a true warrioress, the 21-year-old film beauty said, "She bleeds for her land and her people, and that's just such a cool concept for me because it's other people caring about people. I mean, she's strong. She can kick a**."

Unlike its rival film "Mirror Mirror", "Snow White and the Huntsman" tells a twisted story of the classic fair-skinned princess tale. While the Grimm story presents Snow White as a lovely-singing princess, this movie features the female royal as a tough woman. She fights and defends herself against the Evil Queen under the guidance of the Huntsman.

Rupert Sanders works behind the lens with Hossein Amini, Evan Spiliotopoulos and Evan Daugherty teaming up to pen the script. Rounding up the cast ensemble are Sam Claflin as Prince William, as well as Noah Huntley and Liberty Ross as Snow White's parents. The much awaited movie is due to hit theaters across the U.S. on June 1.

Artist of the Week: The Wanted

The United States is catching a boyband fever. Among the popular all-male bands who managed to break music scene in the Stateside is The Wanted. Comprising of Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes, they busted the chart with their single "Glad You Came".

Those British boys made history by climbing up to No. 4 on Billboard Hot 100. It marked the highest chart entry by a British boyband, surpassing Take That who peaked at No. 7 with their song "Back for Good" in 1995. They outdid their peers from One Direction who previously entered the chart at No. 28.

"When we first heard 'Glad You Came' we just knew it had to be the first single from the new album," said one of the band's members Tom. The 23-year-old singer additionally gushed, "We all felt it was a new, refreshing sound and a perfect song for the summer which really gets you in the mood for a party." The single was covered by "Glee" cast.

"Things have gone absolutely crazy. I can't believe it," Parker told MTV News about their rise to stardom. "We always wanted that aim to go and do it in America. We did under the radar [in the U.K.] and it's kind of going back to the old traditional way that boy bands and bands used to do it, I suppose. It feels good and we're doing it old school."

Following the success of "Glad You Came", The Wanted set a U.S. release date for their sophomore set "Battleground", which will become their debut album in the country. "Great news, America: We are thrilled to announce we will be releasing our first US album on April 24!!" so they broke the news on Twitter. Alleged Nude Pictures of Heather Morris From Possible Hacking Leaked

Heather Morris might have become the latest celebrity to have fallen victim to cellphone hacking as she got hit with nude photos scandal. On Sunday, March 11, a series of explicit pictures, which display a naked woman with a strong resemblance to the Brittany S. Pierce of "Glee", made their rounds on the Internet.

Some of the revealing pictures display the woman posing full frontal for the camera in nothing but her birthday suit with most of them exposing her breasts. Several others include shots of her in underwear and in her "Glee" costumes. One in particular sees the woman wearing the "Slave 4 U" outfit the TV star wore for the Britney Spears tribute episode.

There is yet confirmation whether the nude pictures belong to Morris. Should the 25-year-old indeed have her phone hacked, she wasn't the only celebrity to experience the invasion of privacy this week. Christina Hendricks recently confirmed that her photos were stolen when her phone was hacked, but denied the topless photo spreading on the web was hers.

Also being hit with nude photos scandal days earlier was Olivia Munn. The "Magic Mike" actress, however, was quick to dismiss the authenticity of the pictures as she posted photos of a baby and a cat along with a note that read, "If you ever hacked my phone, these are the pictures you'd find."

Angelina Jolie's Son Shows Off Dance Moves in the Street of New Orleans

Pax Jolie-Pitt might well be the most animated son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt out of the bunch. The 8-year-old boy took a stroll along the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana with his famous mother and two of his sisters, 7-year-old Zahara and 3 year-old Vivienne, on Sunday, March 11 when he was spotted breaking into dance.

All four at the time stepped out to grab some snacks from a local grocery store. Pax, who wore black shirt and a pair of jeans, was seen making various animated gestures as he led the way. Walking behind him was his mother who held her daughters on each side. The "In the Land of Blood and Honey" director rocked an all black outfit consisting of a loose fitting sweater and a pair of trousers.

10-year-old Maddox, 5-year-old Shiloh and 3-year-old Knox didn't join the foursome for the snack run. However, the family was spotted leaving New Orleans as they climbed on board a private jet later that same day.

All of them were in town to support Jolie's partner and the children's father, Pitt, and his Saturday gala that raised money for his Make It Right foundation. The charity event itself was co-hosted by Ellen DeGeneres and was made merry with the performances of Rihanna, Sheryl Crow and Kanye West.
